More About Jesus

More about Jesus is our Wednesday night worship service. Bring a sandwich at 6 and then pray with us! All are welcome and encouraged to worship with us.

No matter how far from God you go...
No matter what you have done...
If you cry out to God from your heart...
He will hear you and forgive you...

4 simple steps you can take:

1. Praise God for His Love

"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8 (NIV)

 2. Repent of your sins

"But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions - it is by grace you have been saved." Ephesians 2:4-5 (NIV)

 3. Ask Jesus Christ to come into your life

"That if you confess with our mouth, 'Jesus is Lord', and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." Romans 10:9-10 (NIV)

 4. Yield your life to Him

"Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved." Acts 16:31 (NIV)

If you are ready to give your heart to Jesus Christ, pray this simple prayer
Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God and that you died for my sins. I now turn away from my sin and I turn toward you. I open my heart up and ask you to forgive me. Jesus, come into my heart. I receive you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you for saving me.

What next? Here are a few tips to help you know Jesus better:

Talk to God daily
Just talk to God like you'd talk to your closest friend. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you, to empower you and to guide you daily. He is there for you.

Read the Bible daily
Begin with the New Testament. Find a Bible that is easy to read such as the New International Version. You might start reading the book of John.

Develop the habit of going to church
Attend church to learn more about God, develop relationships that are essential for your spiritual growth and encouragement, and learn to serve others.

To help you on your journey, we have:

Three Services
Saturdays, 11 AM and 5 PM; Wednesdays, 7 PM. Develop the habit of giving God glory, for He is worthy of our praise. The King of the Universe bought us with a price.
